During our session we will take a deep dive and explore the issues stopping you from being at your best.

With a range of excellent, modern psychological techniques, you will be able to change your thought processes, so that they no longer bother you, or hold you back.

The basis of my work is always the use of solution focused language and questions, together with solution focused Hypnotherapy - Hypnosis/Trance work.

I also use other modalities and techniques including:

SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy)


NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, or Change Processes)


CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)


TA (Transactional Analysis)


Attachment Theory

The reason I use the Solution Focused model is because it is a well-researched, evidence- based, science-based model, and just a brilliant way of working that brings about change in a far quicker time, and much more gently, than other more traditional forms of Therapy.



Half Day 10am – 1pm

This session includes a bespoke Audio mp3 download to listen to each night as you fall asleep that I will write and record straight after our Session together, to help you to achieve your goals that we identify during our Session together.
